I think that everyone has a couple bad days in a month…it’s just a normal thing.
I saw this on Pinterest today during one of my bad days…
I ended up at the gym tonight and had to struggle through my workout which made the day veritably a bad day..but I definitely know:
We all have bad days.
We all have to struggle and peel yourself off the couch
It may linger while you’re working to finish your workout
but the 10 minutes is better than nothing-
and you know it will make you feel better
