Quick Dinner Plans!

Ahh..busy Saturday- couldn’t believe the weather with it being 60 Degrees! 


My best friend and I used to cook dinner (my best friend did mostly because I could burn the house down) when we were trying to slim down. Problem was- we were really tired at the end of the day! 


Erin taught me how to make a quick and healthy meal that I absolutely love- not only that there’s room for leftovers. 


So when you want to hit the gym instead of adding time into that calendar to cook dinner- try this recipe out: 


Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches 


Need: 
Sandwich Thins (100 Calories Each) 
Can of Chicken  (70 calories per each 1/2 cup) 
Tomato Sauce (preference here is Tomato Basil) 
Mozz Cheese (if you get a good workout in :)) or Parmesan 


Total Calories: 330! 


Take the can of chicken and add the tomato sauce to it- once warm go ahead and add that cheese to it!  


I add my new obsession- “Just for One” Veggies that you can find the frozen section- they are only 90 calories each and are ALMOST as close to fresh.
