Today’s Music Choice: Let it Rock by Kevin Rudolf
When I decided that I was going to run my first 5k two years ago now, my running buddy and myself NEEDED good music because we were embarrassed by our breathing. (After many many runs we are now VERY comfortable running with or without music and accepting our breathing patterns :))
My friend Crysta to the rescue! She recommended this great song which got my running buddy and myself to the finish line! This song is now pretty old, but I think that if I were to create my all time favorite workout music playlist- this would never be cut.
Kevin Rudolf uses music to tell you to “let it rock.” This music is great for strength training with a continuous 100 BPM. IF running, I recommend it in your first few minutes of running or a “half way there” type. No matter, this song’s beat will get your head bopping all the while keeping you moving!
