The Busy (But Super) Woman Session- Day 2


Pita Pizzas!! 


These are just too easy NOT to do when you have a busy lifestyle. 


What you need: 
1- Pitas
2- Olive Oil 
3- Tomatoes
4- Italian Seasoning
5- Mozzarella Cheese 


Here’s how to set it up: 
1- Pre heat the over at 350 Degrees
2- Take the Pita and add a teaspoon of olive oil (Spread around the pita) 
3- Add tomatoes, then the mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning to top it off
4- Put it into the oven for 7-10 minutes (10 = crispy!) 
5- Serve and enjoy! 


Today’s Workout
Do you have a stair case around you? 
Running up the stairs at a steady pace is GREAT cardio exercise (get the heart pumping!!) 
Take 30 minutes walking up and down the stairs with some great music.  This is a great workout, you can do it at home and it will be a great session on your iPod!
