Everyone knows that I am a major snacker. It’s what keeps me sane at work.
One of the other things I love is convenience but I knew that buying the pack of sun chips was not as healthy as I could get but I didn’t want to sacrifice the taste either.
So I tried an experiment….
Who doesn’t love bagel bites? I remember their commercials so distinctly.
Now…I look at those bagel bites and I want 8 instead of the serving size-4!
So I made my own pizza bagels to try and see if this was a good snack and one I could easily make.
What you need:
1- Jar of Pizza Sauce (I Love Classico from Target $2.24 a jar)
2- Low Fat/No Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3- Thomas’ Bagel Thins (Wheat)
1- Pre Heat the oven at 350 (Don’t have an oven at work? Prepare at home and then microwave for a snack)
2- Add the pizza sauce to the bagel and then add the shredded cheese.
3- Place in over for 8 minutes
4- Serve and enjoy!
