Plank Jacks are tough!
Put a mountain climber combined with a jumping jack and add a twist of plank and you have yourself a strength training move with a touch of cardio!
1. Start on the floor in a push up position
(Push Up Position is shoulders in line with wrists!)
2. While keeping your arms completely solid (still), jump your legs apart (more than shoulder width) and then back to start.
Do this for 1 minute with 30 seconds of rest, 5 times and you’ll be sure to have burning shoulders, abs, and legs!
