This website was recomended to me by a friend/coworker and I am addicted. You literally can find anything on this website.  

In tomorrow’s challenge (you’ll have to come back to see what I challenge), I found a great, simple and perfect summary to why we really need water in our lives. The Top 10 reasons to drink water…period. 


Now, you should all know…I’m not a fan of water either. And I figured that like me, you may need a reason to drink

2- Healthier Skin– who doesn’t want younger looking skin (without buying $30-$40 products)? WATERIS FREE (not technically, but you get the meaning :)) !! 
3- Medicine in a tap– it helps eliminate headaches and back pain (results of dehydration).
