To this day I still get nervous putting on shorts and heading out for a run or going to the gym. It’s something about being self conscious which I struggle with since I started my journey to health. I know a lot of people who struggle with this (like myself) so I’ve been searching for things to remind me to appreciate what I have.
I saw this on pinterest yesterday and I printed it out so I can see it every time I leave my house.
