Saturday’s Schedule

So it’s been a rough few days with no exercise…yikes! After Thursday’s post I realized the gym was closed and Friday I couldn’t make it either. (mental note to change gyms because of their hours!)

So during a late night dinner with my roommate he told me I needed to get back on the horse! So that’s what I’m doing…I chose two fitness classes I’m trying (one is cycling which I’m very nervous about and the other is a strength class) today and have put it in my schedule!

This is all to say I’m determined because I put it in my schedule. We’ll see how I feel after! 🙂
