1. Do not underestimate your training- eating right, drinking water, knowing when to re-fuel your body.
2. Know YOUR pace and trust YOUR body (If its your first marathon set realistic goals you know you can handle).
3. If you struggle to finish things, ask a buddy to run the last few miles with you, it will make all the difference.
