Lately, I have not been a salad person. If it doesn’t have fun things in it…I’m not going to eat it. I was determined to get some more vegetables in my diet and always blamed it on wilting leaves. It’s because I never ate them and then they went bad in my fridge!
Here’s an easy salad, you can take it on the go too! The key to this salad is the salad dressing. It’s delicious and gives you the “walnut” taste without having to have walnuts in the salad.
1- Ken’s Lite Raspberry Walnut Salad Dressing
2- Spinach, Tomatoes, and walnuts (I had them) and MUSHROOMS!
Mushrooms are great for diegestion and a metabolism boost. Add them!! !
