YES! I had my coworkers walking and working. Deandra and I had a wonderful and productive meeting outside talking about rates and reporting, David and I were discussing strategies, I took a walk uptown for a lunch meeting and another valued reader and coworker of mine had a great walk today this afternoon!
Another reader, Nick, sent me an article here which said that sitting at your desk all day also makes you dumber! Now, I won’t endorse that…but I think with a few more articles and tips to get your walks in I hope you will become a bit more active at work and get out of that desk!
This week’s workouts:
- Monday: Run-4 Miles
- Tuesday: Rest
- Wednesday: Step Aerobics Class with my Neighbor and 2 mile run
- Thursday: 30 Minutes Elliptical/10 One Minute Sprints with 30 Seconds Rest
- Friday: Jillian Michael’s Hot Bod in a Box- Circuit 3
