Sunday Recap And Squat September!

Hello Sunday! Happy September and Happy Weekend!

I hope everyone is having a great last day of summer (unofficially). Today, friends and I are going to venture to uptown Charlotte to spectate on a few marches/protests as well as view the city of Charlotte transformed. I have to say, I’m VERY excited about this. Not because of any political affiliation, but that everyone here in Charlotte is excited about it. It’s great for the city and will be really intriguing 🙂 More to come tomorrow on the events of today.

On another note, I’m trying out a new challenge I came around in the Blogger world called #SQUATSEPT coined by an 18 year old fitness blogger (You go girl!). So…I’m trying it this month (Starting with 50 yesterday!) Please join me. If you are interested in joining, I will text, email and cheer you on personally! It’s super easy.

Start with a number of squats (starting with 50) and add 5 everyday. Simple!

  1. If you add a shoulder press (even just body weight) it makes for a decent workout on its own each day….upper and lower in one. Add 2 ten minute walks, and you have done your workout for the day!!
