Be an Entrepreneur of your Health.

Hello…welcome to Fall (unofficially and sadly)!

This is a great time of the year. They always say September is the hardest month to get through, but I guess with #SQUATSEPT I’ll have some goals to accomplish.

So…I sent this to our CEO last week when I saw it via Twitter.  I’ve watched it every day while I was holed up in my bed from my surgery and headed to physical therapy every day.

This article/video is about entrepreneurism which isn’t all about fitness but I truly believe there is a connection between health and entrepreneurism. You must work hard and continue to work and work in order to achieve the results you desire whether it be a huge company or a 20 pound weight loss. We are all entrepreneurs of our health, trying to find the most ideal patterns and solutions to balance our lives and health, same as entrepreneurs with new companies.

Therefore, this quote really really related to me and I hope it relates to you:

“The most important, possible thing you could do is to do a lot of work. Do a huge volume of work. Because it’s only by actually going through a volume of work that you are actually going to catch up and close that gap.”

Read this quote three times to yourself, watch the video at this link (it’s about 2 minutes and well worth it) and let me know your thoughts.

I believe we all must work hard to accomplish our goals, we must work and work to achieve what we need, want and work for. Remember, it takes sweat, tears, frustration, happiness, lessons, mistakes to be who we are. We don’t just wake up and have that skill or goal accomplished, we must WORK to achieve it.

Ira Glass.

Happy Tuesday, I hope you all have a wonderful day and WORK for YOU.
