I saw this on Fitsugar and thought it was an interesting cardio twist on a normal cardio routine. And…it has one of my new favorite applications Spotify. I am in love with Spotify (as my coworkers are well aware) because it is an unlimited music stream with almost anything you want to listen to (and a sharing mechanism to see what friends are listening to)!
You’ll rotate between exercises, 20 seconds each. I recommend taking a break after two sets.
