Day 3 of the workweek. It’s been a long one. Yikes!
As you know, I’ve been struggling with motivation. It’s been a difficult week and something that just hasn’t gotten me moving.
I was on Pinterest today and saw this. It reminded me of why I run.
This image was a bit ironic because I had just read in a magazine about a project to better your mind and make your mind remember the things you a grateful for on a daily basis. What I mean by this is not that we are selfish, but that sometimes we forget to take a step back and be grateful always.
Starting today I’m adding to the right hand corner of my blog, three things that I am grateful everyday for the next 23 days. the magazine (Real Simple) reported, you will be consciously reminded of this list daily and at the end you’ll have a great list of things to always remind yourself to be grateful for! Hmm…interesting concept. And then I thought it would be fun to have everyone join.

When I started thinking about it…I was thinking about materialistic things, which I think are okay. It’s anything you can be grateful for..
