I’m starting to love Friday’s because of I get to have these fun Friday posts. Totally excited because I have “new” hair and a great fall weekend planned, including an 11 mile run…eek! I will be honest, after this week’s post on 5k and liquor..I know I’m going to enjoy myself on Friday night, get my run in (not too early) and have so much fun on Saturday night because of it! 🙂 You have to love the fall for the many plans.
Question of the day for me on a Friday, always…what is your workout?
I think Friday’s are the toughest days to workout. Seriously. You are tired from the week and then (in my mind) have to get up early to workout so you can enjoy happy hour. Hmmm…that twenty minutes a day can be tough when you need to catch up on sleep and are thinking about your Friday Plans.
Here’s my go to Friday morning (knowing Happy hour may be in the picture)
– 25 Squats
– 10 Pushups
-40 alternating lunges
Repeat Three times (And quick!)
