Early Morning Workout and Tips

I’ve been getting alot of requests on how to fit in a workout. And with the holidays, I am a big advocate on workouts in the morning. From work, school, gift shopping, holiday parties, etc. it can be very stressful and for me personally having to manage a workout into the schedule (although I love it) as well doesn’t make it any easier so this is why I go ahead and get my workout done in the morning.

Morning workouts are the most difficult. (Just being honest!) I found this workout on Pinterest (where else) and did it myself. It only takes 15-20 minutes (including the time to put on your sneakers) and works with workouts when you are out of town, etc.

You will run through this twice before getting ready for the day, it’s a great boost!
