10 Steps to Positive Body Image

With the holidays around us and people running around everywhere, I think that can be the most stressful time for body image. I know there is summer and everything…but Christmas and ringing in the New Year bring up bad thoughts in your heads.

I found this on Pinterest. (If you don’t follow me you should…) and I really took the time this morning to review this. Some of it is HARD…but it reminds you that you need to have positive thoughts.

Positive thoughts bring positive energy to you and those around you.

So do me a favor, read these ten things and then follow them today. You never know…it may help.
