#werundc Week 4 Half Marathon Training

Hi all!

Sorry about the lack of update on week 3. I had a very blessed and wonderful two weeks here with family and friends in town.

It was nice to have my parents here! They were amazing enough to drive Phin home to Austin from Philadelphia for the holidays. I couldn’t be more grateful. We had a fantastic time and they received some great weather!

One of my team members also got some time here in the ATX. It was good to get him acquainted with this awesome city with some beerritas 🙂

This past weekend has been full of running, wine and reading. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I hope everyone had a great weekend too!

On to training…

This past week has been a bit busy, but I maintained! The nicest run was my hill run yesterday. Even with the wind, I used my hill trick “never look up.” Worked like a charm!

It’s week 4! Technically from my training, that would be a taper week but because I wasn’t able to get all of my workouts in I’m going to try and maintain with a continuous schedule.
